About Aura Towns
Lakefront townhomes in Mississauga's Lakeview Village. Move-in 2026.
Overview
Aura Towns is a collection of 88 two-storey townhomes by Caivan in Mississauga's Lakeview Village, a 177-acre master plan on the shores of Lake Ontario. Units range from 789 to 1,138 square feet with 2 to 3 bedrooms. Occupancy is expected in 2026, and this is a limited first release.
Location and getting around
Aura Towns sits two blocks from the Lake Ontario shoreline in the Lakeview neighbourhood. Long Branch GO Station is within walking distance, connecting you to the broader transit network. Major shopping—Square One, Sherway Gardens, and Dixie Outlet—is nearby. Mississauga Hospital and the University of Toronto Mississauga are also close by.
The homes
Seven floor plans are available. The Echo and Echo End options offer 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms in 789 or 815 square feet. The Lux Corner and Prism End each have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and roughly 960 square feet. The Halo and Halo End are upper-level units with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and around 950–980 square feet. The Nova Corner upper residence has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1,138 square feet.
All homes have ground-oriented layouts with private entries. You get one underground parking spot included.
Deposit and incentives
The deposit structure spreads over time: $10,000 at signing, then seven payments of $7,500 each between 30 and 330 days, and a final $10,000 at occupancy.
Current incentives include $80,000 cash off, a 6-piece stainless steel appliance voucher, 12 months of waived condo fees, and a $0 development charge cap. Closing costs are capped at $5,000. You also have the right to lease your unit and the option for free assignments.
Tax rebates are available for eligible homebuyers.
Who it suits
Aura Towns appeals to first-time buyers, young families, and those downsizing from a house. The ground-level entries and private outdoor space offer more autonomy than a typical condo, while the townhome format provides a practical alternative to a detached home. Waterfront access, nearby transit, and proximity to schools and hospitals make it work for people who want urban convenience with lakefront living.
